As a non-profit ourselves, we understand and can relate to the audiences you serve and the crucial support you provide. We want to build with you to increase the local community impact.
We can partner with you to service existing buildings through renovations, maintenance or create new, affordable, community housing units.
There are not enough community housing units and we can not wait 7 years for new community housing units to be created. Building with purpose, our employ, buy, build & support local approach supports your need to maintain and protect your current real estate investments and create new units.
It takes up to 7 years to create multi-unit buildings and Canada has less than 50% of community housing compared to other progressive countries, according to CMHC February 2025. Similarly, AMO recently demonstrated their support for an investment of $1.5 billion into community, social housing capital repairs and capital development to support local productivity gains as a response to a possible economic downturn.

Greater Sudbury
In 2023 we renovated 131 units of affordable housing – creating fresh, dignified and hopeful housing for people in our communities. This work has helped us employ and train 170 people in our community giving them meaningful work.
Raising the Roof Home Conversion
In 2024 we partnered with Raising the Roof through their amazing Reside Program to convert 5 single family homes into 10 new units of affordable housing including 5 new legal Secondary Suites for purpose built rental. Check out their Raising the Roof video to learn more about this project.
