Engagement with Applicant
Leads are directed to fill out an Expression of Interest (EOI) Form. (attached to website)
Initial Screening
EOI is reviewed for legitimacy and location eligibility. If approved, the applicant receives an intro email, program details, and a link to book a vetting meeting
Vetting
A virtual meeting assesses employer fit, covering company details, employment policies, and interest in hiring participants.
Team Introductions
An in-person visit confirms a safe and suitable work environment. (not always necessary depending on employer/CB relationship)
CB Certified Employer
Once WSIB and liability is confirmed, Employer receives certification
