At Community Builders we have so many incredible women working here who are building with purpose!
We NEED more women in the trades and are so excited to see so many women now choosing a career in Construction! It is our honour and privilege to work with many of these amazing women through our Trades and Diversity Training Program.
Community Builders is a team effort but today we want to especially recognize Carly Gasparini our Executive Director of Non Profit Operations, who makes so much of what we do possible!
Carly is the force and the heart behind our mission. Carly is not only a strong Woman in business but an amazing Leader, Mom and Friend. Carly supports so many people and is a true Difference Maker in the Communities we serve and beyond.
