Lucy’s Place
Lucy’s Place is an innovative motel conversion, creating a Housing First community out of an old motel for those experiencing chronic (long-term) homelessness. Community Builders was tasked with the project management of this project and was the primary contractor on site.
This project Provided:
- 17 units to the chronically homeless
- 200 hours of training
- Hundreds of volunteer hours
Social Enterprise Center
This Center is Home to Community Builders, Fleurish, Canopy Coworking, and others.
It is an inspiring space filled with some of our communities top problem solvers and innovators!
During the most recent renovation this project provided 300 amount of training hours.
