At Community Builders, we’re thrilled to share the exciting news of our recent victory at the Meridian Credit Union Small Business Big Impact Awards! Back in December, we were honored to clinch the 1st Place prize and a $50,000 grant in the Community category—a recognition of our unwavering commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others.
But our journey with Meridian didn’t end there. Just two weeks ago, we had the privilege of attending their annual AGM in Toronto, where our very own Brandon took the stage alongside other distinguished winners. Sharing insights and experiences on an esteemed panel alongside Chelsea from aaniin.hello and Phil from GoodLot Farmstead Brewing Co., Brandon showcased the incredible impact of our work, all under the guidance of our friend and esteemed host, Sebastian Clovis.
The evening was nothing short of remarkable, featuring inspiring keynotes, including one by the renowned Arlene Dickinson. It was an opportunity for us to not only share our story but also to shine a spotlight on the transformative power of community-driven initiatives like ours.
