About this Project
The Challenge:
Say the words “heritage home” and most renovators will shudder… combine this with working in Barrie’s busy downtown in an occupied building to put in 2 third storey apartments where the attics used to be through the winter!…it was a challenge but we have to say a rewarding one.
This heritage home is beautiful and we were able to incorporate much of the original look and feel into the new design which was important. This job was for a wonderful couple and it created 2 new affordable suites that our city needs so we are very happy to have been able to do this project.
